At The Sterling Clover & Co., every piece is thoughtfully crafted with care and intention. Because many of our items are made especially for you, we kindly ask that you review the details below prior to purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in the event of a verified production defect.


Production Defects or Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you believe your item has a production defect or you received an incorrect item, we’re here to help make things right.

  • You must contact us within 10 days of delivery

  • Email Support@TheSterlingCloverCo.com

  • Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos

Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly remake the item or offer an appropriate resolution.


Personalized & Custom Items

All personalized and custom items are created uniquely for each customer and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personalized designs

  • Custom text, names, dates, or symbols

  • Made-to-order pieces

We take great care in crafting each item and appreciate your understanding.


Store Credit (When Applicable)

In select situations and at our discretion, a store credit may be offered instead of a remake. Store credits:

  • Are not guaranteed

  • Have no cash value

  • Cannot be transferred or applied retroactively

Each request is reviewed with fairness and care.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards
