Our Policy
Due to the custom nature of our creations, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item has a manufacturing error.
To help us create the perfect piece for you:
- Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.
- Make sure your shipping address is correct.
If a manufacturing error occurs:
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item at Support@TheSterlingCloverCo.com. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can review it carefully. After this 5-day window, unfortunately, we cannot accept claims regarding manufacturing defects.
Shipping & Damage in Transit
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Any damage that occurs during shipping must be addressed directly with the carrier. We are unable to assume responsibility for lost or damaged items in transit.
Made-to-Order & Personalized Items
Because each item is crafted specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom products or personalized items
- Sale items or gift cards
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Please also provide proof of purchase.
